Overview

Your representative will pick you up for a full-day tour of Luxor’s West Bank. You'll visit the Valley of the Kings, where you can enter three tombs (Tutankhamun’s tomb is not included and requires an additional ticket). You will also explore the Valley of the Queens — known in antiquity as Ta‑Set‑Neferu, “the place of beauty” — though the tomb of Nefertari is not included and needs an additional ticket. As you move through the area, you will see the striking mortuary complex of Queen Hatshepsut at Deir el‑Bahri and the mortuary temple of Ramesses III at Medinet Habu, important monuments of the New Kingdom period. The tour also includes a visit to the Tombs of the Nobles, where private tombs offer rich insights into ancient Egyptian life and burial practices. Lunch and bottled water are included, and after the day’s visits you will be returned to your hotel.
