Overview
A Visitors Egypt tour guide will meet you at Cairo Airport just outside the terminal exit, holding a sign with the company name. You will travel in an air‑conditioned car to the Giza plateau, where the Great Pyramids of Giza—the only remaining landmark of the original Seven Wonders—will dominate the skyline. From a panoramic area you will take photos of the Pyramid of Cheops and the pyramids of Chephren and Mycerinus, then continue to the Valley Temple and the Great Sphinx to learn about their history and significance. You will then visit the Egyptian Museum of Antiquities, where you will see the collection of King Tutankhamen, including the boy king’s famous golden mask. You may also choose to visit the Mummies Hall (an extra ticket is available on site), where the preserved mummies of ancient Egyptian rulers are displayed. After the museum visit, you will be transferred back to Cairo Airport with time before your flight.
