Overview
A representative will collect you from your hotel in Cairo and transfer you to Cairo International Airport for your flight to Luxor. In Luxor, a local representative will meet you and take you to Karnak Temple, where you will explore the vast temple complex and its monuments. You will then visit the Valley of the Kings, the burial ground used by many pharaohs. There you will enter three royal tombs; the visit will exclude the Tomb of King Tutankhamun. You will also see the Temple of Queen Hatshepsut. She was the daughter of Thutmosis I and ruled Egypt for about 20 years from 1490 to 1469 B.C. during the 18th Dynasty. Hatshepsut is the only pharaonic woman who reigned in ancient Egypt. After your visits, the representative will transfer you back to your hotel in Luxor.
