Overview
This overnight tour from Safaga takes you to the ancient city of Luxor to explore its most famous monuments. You will visit the Karnak and Luxor temple complexes, where you can take in the scale and history of these archaeological sites. An optional Sound and Light Show at the Karnak Temples is available if you want an evening experience that highlights the sites’ stories in a different way. You will also see Luxor Temple as part of your time on the east bank. On the west bank you will explore the Valley of the Kings and nearby highlights such as the Colossi of Memnon and the mortuary temple of Hatshepsut at El Deir El Bahary. A lunch is included during the tour. Along the way your guide will provide context and lead you between the sites. At the end of the visit your guide will escort you back to your cruise at Safaga Port.
