This tour of Ancient Egyptian civilisation's most renowned sites lets you witness the wonders of the Western Sahara while exploring some of Egypt’s most iconic monuments. You’ll visit the pyramids of Giza and the nearby Sphinx and necropolis, take in the valley temple at Khafre and continue to the pyramid of Menkaure. The day also includes Sakkara, where you’ll see the evolution of pyramid construction, and a visit to Memphis City, a site that dates back to about 3100 BC. Along the way you’ll be accompanied by a professional archaeological guide who will point out hidden sights and provide context for what you’re seeing.
