A trusted partner experience, hand-picked and featured on This is Egypt.

Overview
Your representative will pick you up for a full‑day guided tour of Luxor’s West and East Banks. The day will start at the Valley of the Kings, where rock‑cut tombs were excavated for pharaohs and powerful nobles of the New Kingdom. As you move through the site, you may enter three tombs (Tutankhamun is not included and requires an extra ticket). You will also visit the Mortuary Temple of Queen Hatshepsut, also known as Djeser‑Djeseru, built for the Eighteenth Dynasty pharaoh. On the East Bank you will see the vast Karnak Temple, a complex of temples, chapels and pylons dedicated to Amun, Mut and Khonsu — one of the largest religious buildings ever constructed. The tour will finish at the Luxor Temple complex in the city centre, a site constructed approximately 1400 BCE. Along the way your guide will provide context and history so you can better appreciate each monument. Lunch and bottled water are included.
