This day will take you from Luxor to Cairo by flight, then on to some of Egypt’s most iconic sights. In Giza you will see the great pyramids and the Sphinx, taking in their scale and the views across the plateau. Along the way you will learn about their place in Egypt’s long history and glimpse the landscape that surrounds these ancient monuments. You will also visit the Egyptian Museum, where you will see a wide collection of artefacts from ancient Egypt. In Old Cairo you will explore a different side of the city, with its historic streets and atmosphere. The day will finish in Khan El Khalili Bazaar, where you will wander the market lanes and encounter traditional shops and stalls.
