2 Day Private Tour from Hurghada to Cairo and Luxor

We wilden de 2-daagse excursie vanuit Hurghada naar Cairo en Luxor boeken, maar helaas was de vlucht van Cairo naar Luxor volgeboekt op de door ons gewenste datum. Tasneem (van de reisorganisatie) stelde toen voor om de excursie andersom te gaan doen: eerst naar Luxor, 's avonds vliegen naar Cairo om daar te slapen en de dag erna Cairo te verkennen. Zo gezegd, zo gedaan. Vliegtijden van Luxor naar Cairo en van Cairo naar Hurghada zijn netjes via WhatsApp met ons afgestemd ook het hotel in Cairo is met ons afgestemd. Alles is tot in de puntjes geregeld! Privéchauffeur Houssein deed dat uitstekend,was steeds op tijd om ons op te halen. Stond steeds klaar op de afgesproken plaats. Echt de max! Daar hebben enorm veel tijd mee gewonnen! Bleef heel kalm tijdens het rijden in de hectische stad Caïro. Ondanks er een kindbedelaar zich vastklampte aan ons busje. Onze Nederlandstalige gids Achmed kon boeiend vertellen en leidde ons rond in Luxor (Vallei der Koningen, graf Toetachamon, Tempel van Hatsepsut, Karnaktempel,lunch, boottocht op de Nijl naar bananeneiland, inchecken in hotel,...) I did a tour with them from Marsa Alam including both Luxor and Cairo. The tour was excellent. They negotiated a great price, and the travel was worth every cent. In both cities I was very well attended, with guides fluent in English. All drivers and guides were exceptionally polite. The guides were very knowledgeable and motivated. The best part of the tour was the guidance of the dear Maivel. Having a woman guiding the tour was a very special experience. She is definitely the best guide I ever had.

De privétour was super goed geregeld. Veel gezien en mooie gesprekken gehad met de gidsen. Met als hoogtepunt de Tempels van Karnak.

We had a great time in this trip. A must see for every one. The tombs in Valley of the kings are so impressive! So are the temples. Lunch was very tasty and the Boat trip across the Nile a welcome fresh break in a otherwise hot day. Khalil, our tour guide, was excellent in every way: helpful, very knowledgeable of egyptian history and above all cheerful! Habibi!

Unfortunately, we had to cancel our trip from Hurghada to Caïro. Despite the situation, we got our money back on short-term. My partner & I plan to go on a trip as soon as we can. All I can say is that they have a great & trustworthy service 👍🏽

We booked this tour with Achmed some time ago. We booked a 2-day trip, including hotel, Dutch speaking guide and a flight via hot air balloon over the Valley of the Kings. Everything went exactly as described, beginning with driver Mahmood who picked us up @ our hotel in Hurghada and took us to Luxor in 3 hours time. We tourguide Mohamed.

Het is een onvergetelijke excursie van 2 dagen. In Cairo heb ik het Egyptisch museum bezocht. Daarna de pyramides en de Sfinx. De stad zelf is een bezienswaardigheid op zich. Voordat ik 's avonds naar Luxor vloog hebben we de bazaar in Cairo bezocht. In Luxor een overnachting gemaakt. De volgende dag de Vallei der Koningen en de tempel van Karnak bezocht. Zowel in Cairo en Luxor heerlijk geluncht. De gidsen spreken goed Nederlands en hebben heel veel kennis van de geschiedenis van Egypte. Aan het eind van de dag in Luxor zijn we met de auto teruggereden naar Hurghada. Via het prachtige plattel
