07 Days Egypt Classic Tour Cairo, Luxor, Alexandria

Overview

This tour package takes you through Cairo, Luxor and Alexandria so you can see many of Egypt’s most famous sites. In Cairo you will visit the Pyramids of Giza and The Egyptian Museum, where you’ll learn about ancient artefacts and the civilisation that built these monuments. Along the way you’ll move between cities to experience a range of landscapes and historical layers. You will travel by sleeper train to Luxor to visit the Temples of Karnak and Luxor, and explore the funerary landscape around the Nile. In Luxor you will also see the Valley of the Kings, the Temple of Hatshepsut and The Colossi of Memnon. The package includes a magnificent excursion to the city of Alexandria, where you will visit The catacombs of Kom El Shokafa and the citadel of Quitbay, adding a Mediterranean dimension to the Egyptian sites you’ll explore.
